Als Senior Vice President Investments in der Investmentabteilung von Griffin Capital Partners ist er f\u00fcr die Entwicklung von drei Investmentplattformen zust\u00e4ndig: Bauwert, einer der f\u00fchrenden Bautr\u00e4ger in Deutschland mit Fokus auf Berlin und Berliner Umland, Gruppe Murapol, die einer der aktivsten Bautr\u00e4ger f\u00fcr Wohnimmobilien in Polen ist, und Echo Investment, der gr\u00f6\u00dfte polnische Bautr\u00e4ger im Bereich B\u00fcro-, Gewerbe- und Wohnimmobilien.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend seiner beruflichen Laufbahn bei Griffin war Bartosz an zahlreichen strategischen Transaktionen f\u00fcr das Unternehmen beteiligt, darunter an dem Erwerb einer 98%igen Beteiligung an Murapol durch Griffin und Ares Management Corporation. Er war auch Mitglied des Teams zur Abwicklung der Ver\u00e4u\u00dferung einer Mehrheitsbeteiligung von Echo Investment S.A. an WING, bei der Griffin im Namen der strategischen Partner und Investoren der Firma handelte.
