Bevor Micha\u0142 zu Griffin kam, war er Mitglied des Investmentteams bei Colliers, wo er an der Analyse und Umsetzung zahlreicher hochkar\u00e4tiger Transaktionen in den Bereichen B\u00fcro, Logistik und Einzelhandel mitwirkte und sowohl auf der K\u00e4ufer- als auch auf der Verk\u00e4uferseite t\u00e4tig war. Zu seinen j\u00fcngsten Erfolgen z\u00e4hlt die Beratung auf der K\u00e4uferseite bei einer wegweisenden B\u00fcrotransaktion im Wert von \u00fcber 80 Millionen Euro im Warschauer Stadtzentrum.<\/p>\n

Micha\u0142 sammelte zudem internationale Erfahrung w\u00e4hrend seiner T\u00e4tigkeit in den Colliers-B\u00fcros in M\u00fcnchen und Madrid, wo er die Teams f\u00fcr Occupier Services bzw. Valuation unterst\u00fctzte. Dar\u00fcber hinaus arbeitete er bei der Citibank, wo er sich auf Treasury und Devisenhandel konzentrierte.<\/p>\n
