Micha\u0142 Kozar ist ein erfahrener Experte mit \u00fcber zehn Jahren Erfahrung im gewerblichen Immobilienmarkt. Er h\u00e4lt die Position des Senior Leasing Managers bei Griffin Capital Partners.<\/p>\n

Bevor er zu Griffin wechselte, war er stellvertretender Direktor der Abteilung f\u00fcr Industrieimmobilien bei der polnischen Niederlassung von Newmark, einem der weltweit f\u00fchrenden Beratungsunternehmen. Im Laufe seiner Karriere hat er zahlreiche Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen in zentralen Gesch\u00e4ftsprozessen beraten, darunter die Verlagerung und Konsolidierung von Produktionsst\u00e4tten, die Errichtung neuer Standorte sowie die Verhandlung und Neuverhandlung von Vertr\u00e4gen. Zu seinen Kunden z\u00e4hlen unter anderem Dywidag Systems International, Habasit, M\u00e4dchenflohmarkt, die Tiberina Group, BBB Industries, Holbox, Delta Trans, Lynka und Jeronimo Martins.<\/p>\n

Micha\u0142 ist Absolvent der Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr Journalismus und Politikwissenschaft der Universit\u00e4t Warschau und hat ein postgraduales Studium im Bereich Immobilienmanagement an der Technischen Universit\u00e4t Warschau abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n
