Damit z\u00e4hlt R4R zu den f\u00fchrenden institutionellen Mietwohnungsbetreibern und PRS-Entwicklern auf dem polnischen Markt.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Im August 2025 unterzeichnete das Unternehmen eine Vorvereinbarung mit Vantage Development, einem Unternehmen der TAG Immobilien Gruppe, \u00fcber den Verkauf von mehr als 5.300 fertiggestellten und voll vermieteten Wohnungen. Die Portfolio-Transaktion im Wert von EUR 575 Mio. wurde im Mai 2026 abgeschlossen und setzt neue Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be auf dem polnischen PRS-Markt.<\/p>\n<p>Resi4Rent befindet sich im Besitz von PIMCO, Echo Investment und Griffin Capital Partners, das zus\u00e4tzlich als Asset Manager fungiert.<\/p>\n<p>Als erste Plattform ihrer Art in Polen ist R4R in den sechs gr\u00f6\u00dften St\u00e4dten des Landes aktiv, mit einer etablierten Pr\u00e4senz in Warschau sowie in den wichtigsten regionalen Zentren (Krakau, Breslau, Dreistadt, Posen, Lodz).<\/p>\n<p>Griffin Capital Partners hat die Plattform im Auftrag der Investoren von Grund auf aufgebaut und ihre Entwicklung zu einem dynamischen Unternehmen vorangetrieben.
