Im Jahr 2022 setzte die Plattform ihre Expansion fort, indem sie selektiv Projekte in westeurop\u00e4ischen Kernm\u00e4rkten wie Frankreich, Italien und \u00d6sterreich akquirierte und ihre strategisch gelegene Grundst\u00fccksreserve sukzessive in Bestandsobjekte umwandelte.<\/p>\n<p>In den Jahren 2022\u20132023 ver\u00e4u\u00dferte das Unternehmen f\u00fcnf einzeln vermietete Logistikimmobilien in Deutschland und Spanien mit einer Gesamtmietfl\u00e4che von 90.000 m\u00b2. Die Projekte befanden sich in Wenden, Salzgitter, Neuenburg am Rhein, Bensheim sowie in Murcia, Spanien.<\/p>\n<p>Alle Entwicklungen wurden an erstklassige Mieter auf Basis langfristiger Triple-Net-Mietvertr\u00e4ge vermietet.<\/p>\n<p>Anfang 2024 ver\u00e4u\u00dferte die Plattform zudem ein weiteres Pipeline-Projekt in Barcelona. Damit bel\u00e4uft sich das gesamte Verkaufsvolumen bislang auf 127.000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Das aktuelle Portfolio von IIProp umfasst sieben Projekte in zentralen Logistikregionen in den Niederlanden, Frankreich, \u00d6sterreich, Italien und Polen.
