Das derzeitige Portfolio der Plattform umfasst Solar- und Windkraftprojekte in verschiedenen Entwicklungsstadien, sowohl in der Entwicklung als auch baureif, derzeit befinden sich ca. 100 MW an betriebenen Anlagen und weiteren 2000 MW mit Netzanbindungskonditionen.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Die Kapazit\u00e4t der Investitionen in erneuerbare Energien \u00fcbersteigt 3 GW, was die Plattform an die Spitze des aufstrebenden polnischen Sektors f\u00fcr erneuerbare Energien stellt. Im September 2021 erwarb Griffin zusammen mit Kajima Europe, der paneurop\u00e4ischen Immobilieninvestment- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft, eine Mehrheitsbeteiligung an PAD RES. Die Plattform arbeitet aktiv an neuen Projekten auf der gr\u00fcnen Wiese und t\u00e4tigt Akquisitionen. Im Jahr 2022 erwarb PAD-RES 13 Projekte mit einer Gesamtkapazit\u00e4t von 450 MW mit Netzanschlussbedingungen.
