Das Unternehmen ist an der Warschauer B\u00f6rse notiert.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Echo Investment hat \u00fcber 360 Projekte mit einer Gesamtfl\u00e4che von \u00fcber 3.400.000 m\u00b2 in einer Reihe von polnischen St\u00e4dten durchgef\u00fchrt.\u00a0 Im Jahr 2015 f\u00fchrte Griffin zusammen mit Oaktree und Pimco eine Transaktion zum Erwerb einer Mehrheitsbeteiligung an Echo Investment durch.<\/p>\n<p>In 2016 wurde eine Vereinbarung zwischen Echo Investment und Redefine geschlossen, bez\u00fcglich des Erwerbs der Mehrheitsanteile (75 %) durch Redefine Properties an Echo Prime Properties (jetzt EPP). Hierdurch kontrollierte Redefine alle ertragreichen gewerblichen Verm\u00f6genswerte von Echo Investment im Wert von \u00fcber 1 Mrd. EUR. Die \u00fcbrigen 25 % der Anteile verblieben bei Echo Investment.<\/p>\n<p>Ende 2019 schloss Wing, Ungarns f\u00fchrendes Immobilienunternehmen, zusammen mit Griffin und seinen verbundenen Unternehmen den Erwerb eines Anteils von 56 % an Echo Investment ab, gefolgt vom zus\u00e4tzlichen Erwerb von 10 % der Anteile \u00fcber eine \u00f6ffentliche Ausschreibung.<\/p>\n<p>Im August 2023 schloss die Echo-Archicom-Gruppe die Fusion ihres Wohnungsbaugesch\u00e4fts ab &#8211; Archicom \u00fcbernahm Wohnentwicklungsprojekte, ein Mitarbeiter-Team und ein Grundst\u00fcck von Echo Investment. Echo Investment konzentriert sich auf Gewerbeimmobilien, Mietwohnungen, Studentenwohnheime und Mixed-Use-\u201eDestinations\u201c-Projekte.
