Das Projekt befindet sich neben der Autobahn A5, die eine Anbindung an die Metropolregionen Basel, Freiburg, Stra\u00dfburg und Stuttgart bietet und Teil des Logistikdrehkreuzes Oberrhein ist.<\/p>\n<p>Nebil Senman, Miteigent\u00fcmer und Managing Partner bei Griffin Capital Partners, sagt: &#8222;<em>Wir sehen Deutschland als einen wichtigen Markt f\u00fcr unsere internationale Expansion. Ab 2023 haben wir unseren deutschen Fu\u00dfabdruck durch einen Deal und den Erwerb der Mehrheitsbeteiligung am Berliner Wohn- und B\u00fcroentwickler Bauwert AG in Zusammenarbeit mit Wing erweitert<\/em>.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Der Logistikpark in Neuenburg ist ein einzeln vermietetes Objekt, das von Hornbach Baumarkt AG, einem Betreiber von Baum\u00e4rkten in Deutschland und der DACH-Region, verankert ist. Das Objekt dient dem Vertriebsnetzwerk des Mieters, einer Schweizer Einzelhandelskette. Die Investition wurde unter Einhaltung moderner Umweltstandards entwickelt &#8211; das Zertifizierungsverfahren f\u00fcr den DGNB Gold Standard l\u00e4uft derzeit.
