Die Gesamtmietfl\u00e4che (GLA) der Immobilie betr\u00e4gt 10.600 Quadratmeter. Sie ist strategisch in einem etablierten Gewerbe- und Industriegebiet gelegen und befindet sich in unmittelbarer N\u00e4he der Autobahnen A5 und A67, was ideale Verbindungen sowohl nach Mannheim als auch nach Frankfurt und zum Flughafen Mannheim City bietet.<\/p>\n
