Im Rahmen ihrer europ\u00e4ischen Wachstumsstrategie t\u00e4tigt \u00c7al\u0131k Renewables damit ihre erste Investition in erneuerbare Energien in Polen und erh\u00f6ht ihre international installierte erneuerbare Kapazit\u00e4t auf \u00fcber 400 MW.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Die ver\u00e4u\u00dferten Assets (die Projekte Sztum und Stargard) befinden sich in den Woiwodschaften Pommern und Westpommern und umfassen vollst\u00e4ndig betriebsbereite Anlagen. Die j\u00e4hrliche Gesamtstromerzeugung der PV-Farmen \u00fcbersteigt 270.000 MWh und reicht aus, um den j\u00e4hrlichen Strombedarf von mehr als 90.000 Haushalten zu decken. Die PAD RES Group wird in den kommenden Jahren weiterhin Asset-Management-Dienstleistungen f\u00fcr die ver\u00e4u\u00dferten Photovoltaikprojekte erbringen. Parallel zur Transaktion haben die Parteien eine Kooperationsvereinbarung geschlossen, wonach die PAD RES Group Energiespeicherprojekte sowie Windparks im Rahmen eines Cable-Pooling-Modells entwickeln wird &#8211; im Einklang mit den langfristigen Investitionspl\u00e4nen von \u00c7al\u0131k Renewables auf dem polnischen Markt.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Polen ist ein strategischer Markt, der sein starkes und stabiles Wirtschaftswachstum in den vergangenen Jahren durch eine entschlossene Energiewende untermauert hat. Mit den Projekten Sztum und Stargard in Polen hat das Unternehmen sein Investmentportfolio weiter ausgebaut. Die \u00c7al\u0131k Group ist zudem \u00fcber ihre Tochtergesellschaft \u00c7al\u0131k Enerji in Polen aktiv, die als EPC-Auftragnehmer den Bau eines wasserstofff\u00e4higen Gas-und-Dampf-Kombikraftwerks (CCPP) mit einer Leistung von 1,3 GW in Kozienice \u00fcbernehmen wird. Das Projekt wird im Rahmen der Entwicklungsstrategie der Enea Group bis 2035 umgesetzt. Die Enea Group z\u00e4hlt zu den f\u00fchrenden Unternehmen auf dem polnischen Strommarkt im Bereich der Energieerzeugung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Transaktion steht im Einklang mit der Strategie der PAD RES Group eines aktiven Portfoliomanagements im Bereich erneuerbarer Energien, das sowohl den langfristigen Besitz ausgew\u00e4hlter Assets \u2013 im Sinne des angestrebten IPP-Modells der Gruppe \u2013 als auch die Rotation bestimmter Projekte zur Finanzierung der Weiterentwicklung der Projektpipeline und neuer Investitionen umfasst.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Der Verkauf eines vollst\u00e4ndig betriebsbereiten Portfolios von Photovoltaikparks steht im Einklang mit dem langfristigen Ansatz der PAD RES Group zur Portfolioentwicklung, dessen Hauptziel der Aufbau einer Multi-Technologie-Plattform f\u00fcr erneuerbare Energien ist \u2013 im Einklang mit der langfristigen Vision eines k\u00fcnftigen IPP-Modells (PV, Wind, Biogas und BESS).
