Nach der Er\u00f6ffnung der ersten Objekte sowie der gesicherten Finanzierung f\u00fcr die Projekte der Plattform in Krakau st\u00e4rkt StudentSpace nun seine Pr\u00e4senz in Warschau \u2013 der gr\u00f6\u00dften Hochschulstadt Polens und einem der am st\u00e4rksten unterversorgten Student-Housing-M\u00e4rkte der Region.<\/p>\n<p>Die Finanzierung durch PKO BP wird die Plattform dabei unterst\u00fctzen, ihr Warschauer Portfolio weiter auszubauen und gleichzeitig den Fokus auf Qualit\u00e4t, Nachhaltigkeit und professionelles Asset Management beizubehalten. F\u00fcr Studierende werden die Projekte Zugang zu speziell konzipierten Wohnl\u00f6sungen bieten, die auf moderne akademische Lebensstile zugeschnitten sind.
