Arkadiusz Gazda is a finance professional with a focuse on audit. As a Junior Financial Analyst at Griffin Capital Partners, he supports the growth of the StudentSpace and International Industrial Properties (IIProp) platforms.

Before joining Griffin Capital Partners, he gained his initial professional experience in the General Audit department at PwC, where he participated in projects across the real estate, construction, manufacturing, FMCG, and retail sectors. His responsibilities also included audits of leading capital groups listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Arkadiusz holds a degree in Finance and Accounting, with a specialisation in Corporate Financing and Taxation, from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. During his studies, he was a speaker at national and international conferences on finance and law, co-organised finance podcasts with industry experts, and international academic conferences.
