As a Vice President Finance at Griffin Capital Partners, Artem is responsible for the financial and tax aspects of the International Industrial Properties (IIProp), Murapol, and LifeSpot platforms. His responsibilities include cash flow forecasting and management, budgeting, communication with investors, overseeing the controlling team and coordinating the work of external advisors (financial and tax services) and creating structures from a financial and tax perspective.

Artem started his career in finance as an auditor at EY, where he specialised in auditing the financial statements of companies in the real estate, services, retail, and telecommunications sectors. Before joining Griffin, he was the Finance Manager at Real Management (a Polish real estate company), and the Group Financial Controller at White Star Real Estate.

Artem holds the title of ACCA member.
