Artur Apostoł
Co-Managing Partner

As Co-Managing Partner, Artur Apostoł is responsible for sourcing and executing real estate transactions, as well as overseeing Griffin’s investments across various commercial real estate sub-sectors.

He brings over 19 years of experience in investment transactions, fund management, and portfolio and asset management within the commercial real estate market across CEE. Before re-joining Griffin Capital Partners in 2025, Artur served as Managing Director responsible for the real estate operations of Globalworth Poland (2017–2025), where he also co-led the company’s expansion to a portfolio of over 20 office and mixed-use assets in six Polish cities, totalling more than 600,000 sqm GLA and valued at over EUR 1.5 billion. He was also instrumental in driving the company’s digital transformation and ESG initiatives in Poland.

Before working for Griffin initially in 2013-2017 Artur also gained real estate experience in various roles at PointPark Properties (now P3 Logistic Parks), AKJ Investment TFI, and PwC, where he focused on real estate finance, investment analysis, and advisory for institutional investors and developers.

Artur graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice with an MA in Finance and Investment, studied at Jönköping International Business School in Sweden, and completed postgraduate studies in Real Estate Valuation at the Cracow University of Technology.
