Bartosz is a lawyer with extensive experience in corporate reorganization processes, M&A transactions, and operations in private equity and venture capital.

Bartosz specializes in a corporate and debt financing law. He has gained experience in local and international law firms as well as in consulting and advisory firms. He has worked for leading technology companies, start-ups and corporate venture capital funds.

Prior to joining Griffin, he worked with Osborne Clarke and Russell Bedford Poland, among others. He graduated in law from Koźmiński University and the European School of Law and Administration.
