Joanna Hajduła is a Coordinator in the Asset Management team at Griffin Capital Partners. She has 10 years of professional experience in commercial and residential real estate. At Griffin, she coordinates operational processes and the execution of portfolio management strategies related to the European Logistics Investment (ELI) and International Industrial Properties (IIProp) platforms.

Joanna has developed strong expertise in asset management, finance, leasing, and project management in her previous roles. Before joining Griffin, she worked at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, MVGM, and Cushman & Wakefield, where she participated in key projects regarding flagship office buildings and shopping centres.

Joanna holds two degrees: in Finance and in Management from Wrocław University of Economics.
