At Griffin Capital Partners, Kacper is responsible for handling services for Resi4Rent, the first and largest PRS platform in Poland.

Before joining Griffin, he worked at PwC’s Valuation and Financial Modelling team, and at White Star Real Estate, an international real estate developer.

Kacper graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a specialization in Corporate Finance and from the University of New South Wales with a Master’s in Financial Analysis. Kacper is currently expanding his finance and investment knowledge pursuing Level III of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
