Karolina Konieczka is a Property Manager at Griffin Capital Partners, responsible for managing a portfolio of assets within the European Logistics Investment (ELI) platform.

She brings over 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate market, with expertise spanning logistics and retail asset management, property valuation, and the leasing of retail and office space. Prior to joining Griffin, Karolina held roles at 7R S.A., Trei Real Estate Poland, Grupa PZU, PKP S.A., and Cushman & Wakefield, building a broad, end-to-end perspective across the real estate lifecycle.

Karolina graduated from the Poznań University of Economics and Business with degrees in Investment and Real Estate Management and in Economics. She also completed postgraduate studies in Property Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology. She also studied at the Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). She is a licensed property valuer and property manager.
