Krzysztof Gołda has extensive experience in managing commercial real estate, including office and logistics assets as well as specialised-use properties. At Griffin Capital Partners, he serves as a Property Manager and is responsible for the end-to-end management of a logistics real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining Griffin, Krzysztof gained experience at Blue Assets, Panattoni Europe and PORREAL GmbH, as well as at Jagiellonian University, where he managed a laboratory and teaching facility.

He is a graduate of Jagiellonian University and has completed postgraduate studies at AGH University of Krakow in property administration and management, as well as Facility Management, with a focus on smart building management. Krzysztof is also a licensed property manager.
