Michał Chmieliński specializes in commercial real estate investments and financial modeling. As an Investment Analyst at Griffin Capital Partners, he contributes to the development of the company’s logistics platforms: European Logistics Investment, International Industrial Properties, and Trademarc.

Before joining Griffin, Michał was a member of the Investment Team at Colliers, where he underwrote and supported the execution of numerous high-profile transactions across the office, logistics, and retail sectors, working on both the buy and sell side. His most recent achievement includes buy-side advisory on a landmark €80+ million office transaction in Warsaw’s city center.

Michał also gained international experience during his tenure at Colliers’ offices in Munich and Madrid, where he supported the Occupier Services and Valuation teams, respectively. Additionally, he worked at Citibank, focusing on Treasury and Foreign Exchange.

Michał holds an MSc in Corporate Finance with a specialization in Investment Management and a BA in Management with a specialization in Real Estate Management from the Warsaw School of Economics.
