Michał Kozar is a professional with over a decade of experience in the commercial property market. He holds the position of Senior Leasing Manager at Griffin Capital Partners.

Before joining Griffin, he was Deputy Director of the Industrial Space Department at the Polish branch of Newmark, one of the world’s largest consulting firms. Throughout his career, he has advised numerous companies across various industries on key business processes, including the relocation and consolidation of production facilities, establishing new manufacturing sites, and negotiating as well as renegotiating contracts. He has worked with clients such as Dywidag Systems International, Habasit, Mädchenflohmarkt, Tiberina Group, BBB Industries, Holbox, Delta Trans, Lynka, and Jeronimo Martins.

Michał holds a degree from the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Journalism and Political Science and earned a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Management from the Warsaw University of Technology.
