Piotr Fijołek is a top Merger & Acquisition expert with over 18 years of operational experience exclusively dedicated to real estate and private equity. He has been associated with Griffin since the very beginning of his professional career.

His track record includes more than 100 successful transactions with a total volume exceeding EUR 4bn. Over nearly two decades, Piotr has played a key role in shaping several of Griffin’s flagship projects, including the acquisition of the M1 portfolio and the purchase of a majority stake in Murapol, a leading Polish residential developer, where he currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

In his current role as Senior Advisor, Piotr supports Griffin’s management team with strategic advice, drawing on his extensive transactional, investment, and asset-level experience. He remains closely involved in selected strategic initiatives, contributing to the long-term development of the Griffin ecosystem and new business opportunities.

Piotr completed management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and spatial economy at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and holds an Executive MBA from Kozminski University.
