Rafał is a licensed tax adviser with extensive experience leading tax functions within some of Poland’s largest corporate groups. He specialises in corporate income taxes (CIT, PIT), VAT, withholding tax and transfer pricing, with expertise in restructurings and cross-border transactions.

Before joining Griffin, Rafał developed his advisory background at Arthur Andersen and PwC, and subsequently held senior in-house roles on the business side, including at PTK Centertel/Orange and Ruch S.A. He also has practical experience in establishing and co-managing a Polish tax capital group (PGK) and in running an independent tax advisory practice.

Rafał is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University and completed postgraduate studies in the School of Management, Economics and Politics at the University of St Andrews.
