Tomasz Gawinowski is a commercial real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience in strategic commercial real estate management. At Griffin Capital Partners, he is a Property Manager and oversees a portfolio of logistics assets, combining strong technical and operational expertise with an investment-focused approach.

He specialises in the operational oversight of diversified portfolios spanning office, industrial, retail and hotel properties, advising owners and investors across the full spectrum of day-to-day operations and asset management. Prior to joining Griffin, Tomasz held roles at CBRE, Andel’s Hotel Łódź, DHL and Sodexo, where he has led the mobilisation and commissioning of new facilities, coordinated pre-opening teams and ensured effective management of technical infrastructure. He has worked with e.g. Castorama, Zalando, ILS, DHL, and Agata, delivering operational stability and consistently high standards of customer experience.

He holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Lodz University of Technology.
