Wojciech Kofin is a capital markets specialist and financial analyst with over a decade of experience. As Vice President Investments at Griffin Capital Partners, he is responsible for the development of the Resi4Rent and Hymon platforms.

Before joining Griffin Capital Partners in 2025, he served as M&A Director at Bastion Group, a boutique investment bank, where he led M&A projects and provided corporate finance advisory services to clients across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. He also gained experience at Polish State Railways (PKP S.A.), where he supported key group-level initiatives, as well as at State Street.

Wojciech holds a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Cracow University of Economics and has completed academic programmes in the United States and Switzerland. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a licensed Investment Advisor.
