Purchase of a majority stake in Belgian Developer – Immobel. Created in 1863, the company specializes in the development of high-end office, residential, commercial and mixed-use properties in Belgium, Luxembourg and, since 2011, in Poland. It is listed on the Brussels Stock Exchange. One of its newest projects – BELAIR is a 100,000 sqm office and residential development located midway between the European District and the centre of Brussels. Exit came through a merger with a strategic investor.
