Bartłomiej Bochenek is a specialist in the areas of corporate finance and investment, with a particular focus on financial modelling and analysis.
Currently, as Vice President Investments at Griffin Capital Partners, he is actively involved in developing new business opportunities in the real estate market across various sectors, such as logistics, residential and office. He is also engaged in the Griffin Property Finance fund, where his main focus is mezzanine financing of two logistics projects with some 200,000 m² of GLA. His key responsibility is day-to-day management, along with active participation in the strategic development of projects in areas such as senior finance raising, restructuring and sale of projects.
Bartłomiej was engaged, among others, in the acquisition of the Murapol Group, where he was a part of the team responsible for management of due diligence and streamlining of the post-acquisition processes.
He has a first-rate financial background. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, he has a proven strong understanding of advanced investment analysis and portfolio management skills. Prior to joining Griffin, Bartłomiej worked in the Corporate Finance team at PwC, a global accounting and advisory firm. He is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
