Jens Zimmermann has more than 10 years of experience in Investment, Asset Management, and Entrepreneurial Value Creation. His expertise covers value-add and core-plus strategies, complex investment structures and active asset management across European markets. At Griffin Capital Partners, as Senior Vice President Transaction and Asset Managementhe is responsible for the asset management of the company’s real estate investments in Germany, including business planning and value creation initiatives.

Previously, Jens held senior positions at Wealthcore Investment Management, DeA Capital Real Estate Germany, Montano Real Estate, KanAm Grund Group and M&G Real Estate. He has been involved in transactions in Europe worth more than EUR 1 billion and has managed and advised on European real estate portfolios valued at over EUR 2 billion.

He graduated from the International School of Management in Frankfurt with a Bachelor’s degree in International Management, specialising in Finance, Controlling and Auditing.
