Mikołaj is an expert in finance and accounting. As Senior Financial Controller, he is involved in covering the financial matters of Bauwert, a German developer.

Prior to this, he worked at Griffin on the European Logistics Investment (ELI) platform where he was responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and was participating in the joint venture process with Madison International Realty.

He has gained professional experience at the international consulting firm Deloitte, where he was responsible for auditing companies operating among others in the real estate sector. He also worked as a financial controller at Hines, one of the world's largest private real estate investors and managers.

He graduated from Kozminski University with a degree in finance and accounting.
