Nils Steinhauer is an Analyst Investments at Griffin Capital Partners, specialising in private equity and real estate transactions. He is responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis and modelling, and supporting the execution of transactions across private markets and real assets.

Prior to joining Griffin Capital Partners, Nils gained experience in real estate investment management at Fundamenta Group Deutschland, as well as at Aurelis Real Estate and ActivumSG. He began his career in corporate banking at BayernLB, where he completed a banking apprenticeship.

Nils holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Münster and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from ESCP Business School.
