Piotr Kowańdy has over 17 years of experience in end-to-end management of diversified real estate portfolios for both Polish and international clients. At Griffin Capital Partners, he serves as Head of the Property Management Department, leading the strategic and day-to-day management of a team of asset managers supporting the European Logistics Investment (ELI) platform. He combines an operational, investment and ESG perspective.

Prior to joining Griffin, Piotr worked at CBRE, the world’s largest real estate advisory firm, where he led a multi-person team and implemented operating standards and processes, enhancing portfolio scalability and resilience. Over the course of his career, he has also built strong expertise in Facility Management, covering technical property maintenance, oversight of building systems and infrastructure, and optimisation of operational processes.

Piotr is qualified to prepare building energy performance certificates. He also shares his practical experience in academia, delivering lectures and workshops in cooperation with the Department of Investments and Real Estate at Poznań University of Economics and Business.
