Piotr Motor specializes in regulatory aspects of banking and finance, as well as capital markets.
Piotr has broad experience in regulatory law, as well as corporate and public law, gained in KNF (the Polish Financial Supervision Authority) and in the capital market departments of international law firms. He has provided advice to foreign and domestic banks and investment funds on regulatory matters. He also advises on IPOs and secondary public oﬀerings.
Piotr has advised on the implementation of the MiFID II (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive), as well as on other EU directives and regulations. Notably, Piotr also advised on the establishment of a brokerage house in Poland.
He completed post-graduate studies in law and capital market economy at the Warsaw School of Economics.
