Piotr Motor specializes in regulatory aspects of banking, finance, and capital markets.

Piotr has broad experience in regulatory law, as well as corporate and public law, gained in KNF (the Polish Financial Supervision Authority) and the capital market departments of international law firms. He has advised foreign and domestic banks and investment funds on regulatory matters. He also advises on IPOs and secondary public offerings.

Piotr has advised on the implementation of the MiFID II (Markets in Financial Instruments Directive), as well as on other EU directives and regulations. Notably, Piotr also advised on establishing a brokerage house in Poland.

He completed post-graduate studies in law and capital market economy at the Warsaw School of Economics.
