CDI

Created in 2000, from the privatization of Domy Towarowe Centrum, CDI was one of the largest retail and real estate conglomerates in Poland at that time, quickly becoming a leading Polish high street retail and office developer. Between 2000 and 2015, it developed 48 projects, amounting to ca. 1 m sqm of retail and office space, predominantly in high street locations. The investment included the redevelopment of 40,000 sqm of retail and office space in WARS SAWA JUNIOR, the most centrally-located high-street building complex in Warsaw. Exit took place through the sale of the asset.
