A New York City based developer and operator, created in the 2000s. DTH invests in and manages projects transforming historical office buildings into high-end, multifamily, residential use rental properties. DTH, has acquired and redeveloped, among others, several iconic buildings in downtown Manhattan, with the most well-known projects including; 63 Wall Street, 67 Wall Street, 20 Exchange Place, and 70 Pine Street (the former AIG headquarters) in New York. Partially it is a long-term hold, which has seen a partial exit through refinancing and part-sale to financial investors.
