LifeSpot 3 is a PRS portfolio developed under the LifeSpot brand in a joint venture between Griffin Capital Partners and Centerbridge, established in 2025.

The investors intend to deliver ca. 1,700 units in Warsaw and TriCity within the next three years, based on the current project pipeline of Griffin and Murapol.

The portfolio will be operated by LifeSpot Management, with Murapol acting as the development partner.
