The platform will invest uptoEUR 70m in a pipeline of ca. 1,700 units with building permits or in permitting stage.

CenterbridgeLifeSpot 3 has been established by Griffin and Centerbridge Partners in Q3 2025 and will be operated by the existing LifeSpot team.
