LIFESPOT 1

LifeSpot 1 is a PRS portfolio operating under the LifeSpot brand, owned by Griffin Capital Partners and Ares (AEREF V), established in 2021.

The portfolio comprises ca. 2,700 operating units located in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, TriCity, Lodz and Katowice, with an additional 450 units scheduled for delivery in the first half of 2026.

The majority of projects have been delivered in close cooperation with Murapol, a leading Polish residential developer.

The portfolio is managed by LifeSpot Management (OpCo), responsible for development and letting activities across the LifeSpot platform.
