LifeSpot 2 is a PRS portfolio developed under the LifeSpot brand in a joint venture between Griffin Capital Partners and Ares (AEREF VI), established in 2024 on the back of Griffin’s and Murapol’s project pipeline.

The portfolio comprises ca. 2,600 units located in Warsaw, Krakow and TriCity. Currently, 160 units are operating, while the remaining units are under development and expected to be delivered within the next two years.

The portfolio is managed by LifeSpot Management, with Murapol acting as the key development partner.
