BACK TO PLATFORMS

R4R  is  the  most  experienced  PRS  platform  in  Poland.  With  8,500  rental  units  delivered and 1,200 rental units under construction and expected to come online in the next 18-24 months, it is the largest institutional rental operator and PRS developer in the Polish market.

In August 2025, the company signed a preliminary agreement with Vantage Development,  part  of  TAG  Immobilien  Group,  to  sell  over  5,322  completed,  fully  leased apartments. The record-breaking transaction is valued at PLN 2 405 million (equivalent to EUR  565  million). Resi4Rent  is  owned  by  PIMCO,  Echo  Investment,  and  Griffin  Capital Partners, which also acts as the asset manager.

As the first platform of its kind in Poland, R4R  operates  in  the six  largest  cities, with an established  presence  in  Warsaw  and  key  regional  cities  (Krakow,  Wroclaw,  TriCity, Poznan, Lodz).

Griffin  Capital  Partners, on  behalf of  the  investors, set  up  the  platform  from scratch and catalysed  its  growth  into  a  dynamic  enterprise  which  currently  employs  approximately 117 professionals.
