LifeSpot 1 is a PRS portfolio operating under the LifeSpot brand, owned by Griffin Capital Partners and Ares (AEREF V), established in 2021.

The portfolio comprises over 3,100 operating and nearly stabilized units located in Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw, TriCity, Lodz and Katowice.

The majority of projects have been delivered in close cooperation with Murapol, a leading Polish residential developer.

The portfolio is managed by LifeSpot Management (OpCo), responsible for development and letting activities across the LifeSpot platform.
